County Fair 2010

For a little boy who loves farm animals, playgrounds, lots of people and good food....the fair was the place to be! Jack loved the petting zoo and horse rides the most. If this child could live on a working farm, his dreams would come true! As he got on the back of the horse, he didn't even flinch, and acted as if he knew exactly what he should be doing.

Jack didn't worry about being contained in a pen with the sheep and goats either. He knew exactly how to treat the animals, and wasn't scared of anything. It took a gallon of antibacterial wash to get him back to normal, but he loved petting each animal and talking to them.

We had to spend on time on the playground before our time at the fair was done. Going to a playground or park has become one of Jack's daily requests. Lucky for us, he is usually satisfied with the playground in our own backyard. He loves the swings and the slide, but has also gotten braver at learning to climb many things.
